Registration for the Conference is free. We ask that all attendees register so that we can get an accurate headcount for seating and food.

Yes. We ask that all attendees, regardless of whether they attend all of the conference or not, register in order for us to get an accurate headcount.

You can register here. Please note that registration will close on July 12 to allow us to finalize preparations for the event.

The last day to register for the conference is Sunday, July 12, 2026. Please contact us at nwregionalysa2026@gmail.com with any further questions.

We would appreciate if you would email us at nwregionalysa2026@gmail.com with any changes to your itinerary (this is especially necessary if you will not be needing accommodation any more or if you would like us to provide you with a zoo ticket). If you are unable to reach out, no worries. We totally understand last minute changes. Feel comfortable to attend when you are able despite how you registered.
