Details:

Hotel Registration is now closed. 

  • Hotel rooms accommodate 1-4 individuals.

  • Please list in your registration the names of those you would like to room with
  • There are 2 beds in each room. 
  • People in rooms of 3 or 4 people will be required to share beds. Only those who indicated in their registration that they are comfortable sharing beds with the individuals they listed might have to share beds. 
  • Hotel check-in is between 4pm and 11pm

  • You may check in when you please. Your names will be in the hotel system
  • Two good times to check in: Before you head to the Beaverton Building for dinner or after High Stakes Bingo at the end of the night.
EACH ROOM OF GUESTS MUST PRESENT A MAJOR CREDIT CARD AT CHECK-IN. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING A CREDIT CARD TO CHECK-IN
  • When you check in Friday morning at the Lake Oswego Stake Center, you may choose to leave your luggage there. 

  • We will label your luggage and transfer it to the Beaverton Stake Center for you to pick up after dinner/high stakes bingo and before you check into the hotel
  • You can choose this option if you wish not to keep your luggage in your car while visiting Washington Park
  • Hotel breakfast provided

  • Parking

  • Limited parking is available at the hotel. It is first come first serve. We highly encourage you to carpool.
